First Installation Tips (Important)
Before installation, it is recommended to rinse the shade sail thoroughly with plenty of water to remove the natural tannins found in the material.
-
Rinse the shade sail well
-
Let it dry completely
-
Install it immediately
Note: after rinsing, the shade sail may temporarily become heavier. Tannins are a natural substance, and it is entirely normal for them to be released during the first rinse.
Natural "Fading" of Coconut Fiber
Coconut fiber is a natural material, similar to wood. With sun exposure, a gradual color change may occur, shifting to a more grey-brown tone.
This happens due to UV radiation and is normal for natural fibers.
Our products contain no chemical dyes or additives, so the material's natural texture and authentic appearance remain intact.
