Shipments to the rest of Greece are carried out via freight companies (Athens agencies).

  • Dispatch time to freight company: 1–10 business days.
  • Freight cost to your location: calculated by the freight company based on volume & weight.
  • Payment of freight charges: paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Delivery times by category
  • Standard products: 1–3 business days.
  • Custom / modified products: upon consultation.
  • Playgrounds: 5–12 business days (requires preparation).

  • Some items may be temporarily out of stock, which can increase delivery times. In such cases, customers are notified promptly by phone or email.

Product Returns

Within 15 days

If any purchased item does not fully meet your expectations, you may return or replace it, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from dispatch or store pickup and must be accompanied by a Return Form (professionals) or Retail Receipt (individuals).
  • The product must be unused, unmodified and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Return exclusions
  • Products made according to the buyer’s specifications or clearly customised.
  • Products which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
  • Failure to collect customised products within 60 days may result in deposit retention.
Right of withdrawal (detailed)

From the date of order submission up to 15 calendar days after delivery, customers may withdraw in accordance with applicable terms. Refunds are issued using the original payment method within the prescribed timeframe.
