The website is provided “as is”. SHOWOOD I.K.E. shall not be liable for damages arising from
technical errors, interruptions or third-party actions, to the extent permitted by law.
Submission of an order constitutes an offer by the Customer.
The contract is concluded upon electronic confirmation by SHOWOOD I.K.E.
Prices are final and may be modified without prior notice.
Payment methods include card payment, bank transfer and cash on delivery upon confirmation.
Delivery is completed within ten (10) business days.
Ownership of goods is transferred upon full payment.
The Customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days
from receipt of the goods. Return costs are borne by the Customer.
Excluded are customised products, made-to-order items
and goods that have undergone irreversible processing.
Personal data processing is based on contract performance,
legal obligation, legitimate interest and consent,
in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction,
objection and data portability.
