100% natural reed.

The reeds are divided into annual and biennial crops. The biennial reed, having remained in its root for 2 years, has hardened externally, creating by nature a kind of glazing.

It does not show any shrinkage after installation, which would create larger gaps between the reeds.

The reed is harvested from December until about March and then processed.

The lifespan of the two-year reed is twice that of the one-year.

At SHOWOOD we choose to have in our range a two-year planting reed in a roll of exceptional quality and durability. The rod is peeled due to the natural glazing.

Reeds are used mostly for shading, fencing, pergolas, and decoration.

We usually see them on the pergolas of traditional restaurants, in hotels, beach bars, and camping as well as on private balconies or gardens as fencing or shading.

It offers perfect natural shade, aesthetics, and coolness.
