Installation Guidelines

Asphalt shingles must be installed with nails only, on a firm, smooth, and completely flat wooden deck.

• Minimum roof pitch: 15° (≈27%)

• The first row covers the starter strip and protrudes slightly over the eaves.

• The second row is offset by half a tab so that its lower edge aligns with the top of the cutout of the row below.

• For ridge caps, cut rectangular shingles and continue tab-by-tab.

• Material consumption:

  • ~100 g of adhesive per 1 m²

  • ~1 kg of nails for 18–20 m²
