Our hardwood products are given their first treatment with hardwood oil in the producing procedure. 

Important: In order to ensure good protection and to keep your product looking good, it is necessary that you continue with this treatment with oil in a timely and regular manner.  We advise you to treat your hardwood garden product with hardwood oil for the first time within 2 weeks of purchase. The frequency of all subsequent treatments depends on the direct/indirect exposure to sun, wind and rain.
